Retail Expansion Across Iconic Locations

During my time at Ladurée, I led the UK retail operations and helped expand the brand’s presence at Selfridges, Heathrow and Bicester Village, alongside a pop-up at Battersea Power Station. I worked closely with landlords and property teams across Harrods, Covent Garden, Burlington Arcade, St Pancras International and many others. My role also covered commercial performance, team leadership, customer experience and partnerships with leading arts and cultural institutions.
